Moving Forward With Love 📚 With a deep commitment to the well-being and success of our children, Stephanie has dedicated herself to serving our communities with passion and integrity.


Stephanie's journey began as an advocate for children at Delano Head Start, where she tirelessly worked to ensure student safety by securing adequate parking. Her dedication didn't go unnoticed, earning her a seat as Vice-Chair of the Shelby County Policy Council with Head Start, where she continued to champion the needs of our youngest learners.


As Vice President of the Frayser Neighborhood Council, Stephanie led efforts to improve our community, from creating safer school environments to tackling blight and minimizing gang activity. Her tireless advocacy caught the attention of voters, and she was elected to the Shelby County School Board in 2014, with re-election in 2016.


Throughout her tenure, Stephanie has been a steadfast advocate for social-emotional support for children and families, intentional parent engagement, and facility improvements. Her dedication to securing additional funding for District 3 has made a tangible impact on the lives of our students and families.


Stephanie's belief in the power of community collaboration is unwavering. She knows that when we come together, we can achieve more than we ever thought possible.
